  1. How many branches or brands can I run from one account?

    There is no ceiling. Current customers run from a single branch up to 120+ branches, and from one brand up to 14 brands under a holding company — all from a single AurConnect account, with full data isolation and granular permissions.

  2. Do you support SSO/SAML and directory sync?

    Yes. We support SAML 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM, with native integrations for Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, and JumpCloud. User provisioning and deprovisioning happen automatically from your directory.

  3. What happens to our data? Where is it stored?

    Your data is yours. You choose the residency region (Riyadh, Frankfurt, Ireland, Virginia), with one-click GDPR-compliant export and deletion. For healthcare and financial customers we also offer private deployments inside your own infrastructure.

  4. Is the AI trained on our data? Does it leave our account?

    AI runs scoped to your account, leveraging your knowledge base and past conversations. None of your data is used to train general models. You can disable any AI feature at the conversation, branch, or org level.

  5. How long does implementation take?

    Most customers are taking conversations within a day. A full rollout for a 10-branch, 50-agent enterprise typically completes in 7-14 days with our dedicated implementation team.

  6. Does it integrate with our existing systems?

    We integrate with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Shopify, SAP, Stripe, and hundreds of others through prebuilt connectors, a documented REST API, and instant webhooks. Custom channels? We support those too.

  7. How well does it handle Arabic?

    AurConnect was built Arabic-first, with full RTL support, language models tuned for regional dialects, and support teams who speak your language. No surface-level translations — a native experience.

  8. What does pricing look like?
